In spite of the simplicity of the technology, the quality of tribopressed building and paving materials directly depends on the correct performance of the technological process.

The material quality is guaranteed if the following conditions are met:

• use of recommended raw material (see raw material base);
• keep to the correct composition of the compression mixture (see compression  mixture);
• curing of the formed materials not less than 5 days.

The use of TRIBOPRESS building materials in the Russian construction market is periodically confirmed by Technical Conditions.

After the tests in the VNIISTROM of the USSR, TRIBOPRESS materials received the following State Standardization:

  introduced in the USSR since  January, 1, 1991 and registered in the MTSM of the State Standards of the USSR under the number № 005/023505, December, 7, 1990;
• brick [1994]
  TC (TU) 5741-014-00284753-93, Tribopressed (Hyperpressed) Building Materials,
  introduced in the Russian Federation instead of the previous ones;
• brick [1999]
  TC (TU) 5741-021-00284753-99 Tribopressed (Hyperpressed) Building Materials,
  introduced in the Russian Federation since April, 1, 1999 and registered  in the MTSM of the State Standard of Russia under the number Nº 03/021650;
• paver [1999]
  TC (TU) 5746-024-00284753-99 Tribopressed (Hyperpressed) Paving Materials,
  Nº 03/024880.
